The master of Vip-domains blog has posted a list of free domains that are listed on Yahoo. As you know to be listed on yahoo you need to really stand up from the crowd or pay them $100 to review your site, and be approved!
Those domains were once top sites and are now free, as the owner didn’t bother to renew them. It’s a great $6 investment to register any of those; if you’re on the SEO business, you know how valuable that can be.
